VENUE
The tourney will be hosted at Lost Pines Pickleball Club, which has a total of 9 indoor pickleball courts: 4 outdoor uncovered courts that are free to use for warm ups. There is also outdoor seating with fire pits. Indoor seating with drinks and food served. Demo paddles are on site if you're looking for new power or spin!
SCHEDULE OVERVIEW
Each day will begin approximately at 7am, and events will run all day until approximately 8pm. As this is an indoor tournament, we will move players on/off quickly between their games, so please be ready to play as soon as your game comes back up.
CHECK IN
Players must check in at the tournament desk at least 30 min prior to the start of the event. Players not checked in at their event start may be withdrawn from their event.
REFEREE
Players will monitor their own line calls and scoring. The tournament director and staff will be roving and available to help players as needed.
This is a DUPR event. All matches will be put into DUPR. Make sure to join our club!

All first responders, military, and educators are eligible for a discounted entry fee.
Early Bird: 9/28/24 - 10/31/24 $40

Rules
This is a round robin tournament with the top teams advancing to a single elimination bracket. The size of the pods will determine the top teams. Round robin games will be Rally scoring to 15 win by 1. Bracket games will be single elimination, side-out scoring to 11 win by 2. All medal matches will be best 2 out of 3, side-out scoring to 11 win by 2. All games will be played with Diadem "The Official Power Pickleball". All brackets with 4 teams will play best 2/3 to 11, side-out scoring win by 2 for both round robin and medal matches.
SANDBAGGING
We have allowed a cushion for players rated higher to play in lower divisions. However, we will be moderating events for sandbagging. We will contact players before changing the registered division.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation must happen by Friday December 6, 2024. Any cancellation after this date will not receive a refund. All refunds will NOT include any service fees. For extenuating circumstances contact the the tournament director and we will work with you on comping a future entry fee.
