Description
This Time, NO RALLY SCORING - and we are raising money for AMCS (info about AMCS at the bottom of this section)
We will raffle off prizes:

Everyone that enters is eligible to win a prize, whether you win the Tourney or not! Tourney winners will receive medals, obviously!
Winner will be announced at the courts, at the beginning of the days' Tournaments in front of everyone via raffle: All players names will be written down & numbered, and placed in a box; the pulled number is the winner! The more divisions you are signed up for, the more chances you will have to win a prize!! If you sign up for 1 event, your number goes in the box once - but if you are signed up for 3 events, your number goes in 3 times! (The events must not be cancelled - they would be cancelled if we do not have enough players, and you would be refunded)
Get lots of games in with our Round Robin format!
1st event is $50- 2nd event $45, 3rd event $40 (Prices include the $5 Swish fee per event). So for example if you want to play in Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles it would cost $95 total.
Tournament Director has the right to reformat brackets, and change format overall. To have more fun! (and to stay on schedule)
Start Times may be shuffled a little so please pay attention to your phones for updates.
If brackets do not fill in we will cancel them and move divisions to an earlier start time so Mike doesn't have to be there for 15 hours

8:00am 2.0-2.75 Women's & Mixed (So you cannot play in both, sorry)
10am Mixed 2.75 - 3.25
12pm Men's 2.75 - 3.25
2pm Women's 2.75 - 3.25
4pm Men's 3.25 - 3.75
6pm Mixed 3.25 - 3.75 & Mixed 3.75 - 4.5
8pm Men's 3.75 - 4.5

About AMCS:
Airport Marina Counseling Service (AMCS) has been providing accessible mental health services to primarily low-income families in Westchester and the surrounding communities for 65 years. With the clinic located at Airport Blvd and La Tijera, AMCS offers in-person or remote individual, family, couples, and group therapy, as well as an LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy Center and Psychiatry services. All services are provided on a sliding scale basis. More than 75% of AMCS’s clients earn less than $30,000 and only pay $20 an hour for therapy. Many would not be able to access mental health services otherwise. AMCS offers a free Seniors Connect Group at the Westchester Senior Center as well as an LGBTQIA Process Group, Men’s and Women’s Process Group and a Grief Support Group. Rules
FORMAT (Regular Scoring, straight to 11):
Round Robin Format with Playoffs:
- Teams are grouped into pools based on registration numbers (e.g., 4–8 teams per pool). Top teams from each pool advance to playoffs.
- Round Robin Games: Play to 11 points, win by 1. Regular Scoring
- Playoff/Medal Matches: Play to 11 points, win by 1. For the ultimate in intensity!! Regular Scoring
This event will follow USAPA rules and feature competitive play across multiple skill levels and age brackets. All matches will be reported to DUPR.
We will play Westchester Pickleball 'Let Serve' rules: Out is out, In is a do-over
DUPR Ratings will be reviewed to avoid sandbagging.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If an event does not have enough players for teams to compete then a refund will be given to all those that have registered for the event.
Cancellation Deadline: July 7,2026
Refunds Before the Cancellation Deadline
If you withdraw from the event before the Cancellation Deadline (July 7,2026), you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs already incurred, such as venue deposits, advertising, and payment processing fees.
Refunds After the Cancellation Deadline
If you withdraw after the Cancellation Deadline, no refunds will be issued unless you have purchased the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration. This insurance provides coverage for cancellations after the deadline, including cases where the event is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.
Event Cancellations for Any Reason
If the event is canceled for any reason (including low enrollment, weather, acts of God, or other unforeseen circumstances), we offer the following options:
Full credit toward a future event (no expiration)
Refund minus the $25 processing fee
These options are available regardless of whether you purchased the insurance.
Registration & Weather Insurance Policy
Waitlist Policy
If you were placed on the waitlist after registering and were not moved into the event, you will receive a full refund at the end of the tournament. The $25 processing fee does not apply in this case.
Swish Software Fee
Please note that the Swish Software Fee is non-refundable, as stated during the checkout process.
