Format: Set Partner Pool Play + Single Elimination Bracket

Description
Tournament Notes:
The Tournament Director will review DUPR ratings as of December 1 and reserves the right to adjust entries as necessary.
There must be at least 4 teams/players in a division for it to make.
Doubles divisions will be pool play with seeding to a single elimination bracket after pool play. The size of the single elimination portion of the bracket will be determined by the size of the division as a whole.
The expectation for singles divisions is that they will be pool play but that could change depending on the size of the draw.
The final schedule of play will be determined after registration closes. The tentative schedule is:
Friday (beginning as early as 8:00 am) - Men’s singles and women’s doubles
Saturday - Women’s singles and men’s doubles
Sunday - Mixed
However, if the schedule can be adjusted so that the tournament can be wrapped up on Saturday, we will attempt to do so.
Players are guaranteed 3 matches in each division.
The tournament entry fees are $60 for the first event and $30 for each additional. All participants will receive a lightweight vest (men’s and women’s sizing) and a food/beverage voucher.
Entry fees will be charged to your club account after the draws are set.
You will need a DUPR number to register.
Only one person from a doubles team registers but he/she will need his/her partner’s DUPR number, email address and vest size (which should be entered under “shirt size”) to complete the process.
