THIS IS A TEST EVENT PRIOR TO RUNNING THE FULL LADDER LEAGUE IN APRIL
Who Is This For?
Intermediate female pickleball players looking for fun, competitive games each week.
If you have a DUPR rating, DUPR is 2.5 - 3.6.

2 Sessions: Monday (3/17) and Thursday (3/20) 12:00pm - 2:00pm

Rules
Game Play
League will use a ladder format.
Groups of 4 players will be seeded onto a court according to DUPR or self-rating.
Players will play a series of 3 round robin matches each week.
Matches are best 2 out of 3 games. Play to 21 win by 2 using rally scoring.
Court rankings will be determined by cumulative points scored in each match. Top 2 players will move up a court and the bottom 2 players will move down a court in the following week.
Repeat each week. Cumulative standings at the end of the season will be determined by cumulative points scored.
Game Management
Game play will be managed by the Swish Sports app. All players will need to have a profile set up on the app to enroll and log scores.
A free DUPR account connected to Swish is also required. Match scores will be uploaded to DUPR each week. DUPR will not be used for standings, but as a way to help seed or create play divisions in future league games.
Substitutions / No Shows
Showing up to play each week is vital to everyone’s success. In you are not able to attend a match, notify the league director as soon as possible so that a substitute player can be arranged. The substitute player will play in your absence.
A maximum of 2 absences are allowed per 6 week session. A 3rd absence risks removal from ladder league. Absences with no prior notification risks removal from ladder league.
Injury
If you become injured and are unable to continue playing for the remainder of the league session, I will work to find a permanent substitute.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations are eligible for a refund minus the $5 technology fee until the registration closes. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after registration closes.
