April 12th (Sunday):
- Beginner (2.5-2.9) Mixed Doubles
- Intermediate (3.0-3.45) Mixed Doubles
- Advanced (3.5+) Mixed Doubles
- Advanced (3.5+) Women's Doubles
- Advanced (3.5+) Men's Doubles
**This is a DUPR rated tournament, all the scores will be entered to DUPR. You do NOT need a rating to join.
All players simply need a free DUPR account so we can record your match results.

Rules
Tournament Rules and Format
Set pool round robin format with playoffs
We aim to maximize play for all participants! There is a gaurenteed 3 games minimum!
*The tournament director reserves the right to add, combine, modify, or cancel skill levels/events pending registration numbers*
Scorekeeping
We will be using the Swish App for real-time scorekeeping. Please download the Swish app prior to the tournament. Once registration closes, you will be sent a detailed email with instructions on how to join the event and track your matches on the day of the competition.
Bracket Clarifications
Each player in each division must have a rating within the range noted in the corresponding category.
Players may play up but are not permitted to play down.
For doubles teams:
- Either each player must individually fall within the division’s rating range,
- Or the average of the two players’ ratings must fall within the division’s rating range.
For Singles:
- Players of any rating level higher than the minimum required may register.
Ratings are based on individual DUPR ratings or club-assigned ratings.
If players do not have a DUPR or club rating, a club rating session will be recommended.
Note: YYC Pickleball reviews all player ratings to ensure appropriate placement and reserves the right to decline entry to players who do not meet the rating requirements for their selected division.
