We will be using Swish Sports app for all signups, registration and communications.
The time listed for each division may be adjusted after registration closes to adjust for court capacity.
1. NetSports is indoors (so no issues with bad weather) and floors are synthetic wood.
2. Free NetSports shirt (limited to first 100 sign-ups/until the 100 shirts run out) with registration. Plus FREE use of wifi
3. Awards: Medals given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for every division. Round Robins divisions will have 1st, 2ne, and 3rd medals for both men and women.
4. New Balls (Crown Indoor balls) will be used for the tournament.
5. Men's and women's bathrooms are available on-site at NetSports.
6. Gatorade / Drinks will be available for purchase.
7. Bring your drinks, food, and snacks (please don’t make a mess and clean up after yourself).
8. At least 4 games are guaranteed with registration.

ATTENTION AGAIN: If you placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in our last tournament; please move up a division if available (if not available, stay in the same division). ALL – Do your best be in the right division! YES, do you BEST to place yourself into your appropriate division/level! Please reference the USAP skill rating definitions (not to be confused with the new UTR-P ratings) if you're unsure where you fall. https://usapickleball.org/player-skill-rating-definitions/
ATTENTION PLEASE: You can play up to 3 divisions in the tournament (men, women, mix, teens, seniors, rotating round robin); the additional cost drops from $30, $25, and $20 accordingly (the discount will be taken off at the check-out)
1. Games will be to 11; win by 2 (with a 20-minute time limit, and capped at 13 points)
All doubles will have Pool Play series to determine seeding, seeding then places teams into a bracket for a single elimination tournament.
All rotating round robin games will be mixed gender; medals will give given to each gender respectively. The winner of the round robins games will be determined by percentage and point differentials (not total wins and losses).
2. Games for medals will be decided by a winning margin of 2 points (max 15 points).
3. Games will be self-refed. No lets. Foot fouls can be called by either side/team. Ball in/out called by respective sides.
4. All disputes will be decided by the Pickleball Director.
All customers and participants using the NetSports facility, whether it is a NetSports program or not must abide by the following Code of Conduct.
* All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian.
* Show respect for all property and equipment in the NetSports facility.
* Show and display good sportsmanship on and off the playing surface.
* Be positive in your actions and words towards players, coaches, officials and other fans.
* Obey officials and other league administrators who are responsible for keeping order.
* If you are not a player or coach, please stay off the playing surface.
* No tobacco products on premises
* No playing outside of the designated areas.
* No chewing gum
* No spitting
* No fighting
* No Outside food or drink

Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. No Refund after the deadline of March 18, 2025, at midnight.
2. Exception will be considered by the pickleball director extenuating circumstances (sickness, death, car accident)
3. If you fail to show up at the start time, you will be disqualified and not refunded.
