Description

Official DUPR Rated Tournament – all match results will be submitted to DUPR.
Official Ball: Franklin X-40 Outdoor.
Matches will be played on outdoor hard courts.
Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.
Players arriving more than 15 minutes late may be subject to forfeiture at the Tournament Director's discretion.
No refunds will be issued after July 18, 2026.
Match format, scoring, and brackets may be adjusted based on registration numbers to ensure a smooth tournament experience.
Water stations and restrooms will be available on-site. Players are encouraged to bring sunscreen, hats, and any personal necessities.
In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director will determine whether play will be delayed, modified, or rescheduled based on court conditions and safety.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions or make scheduling changes as necessary.
By registering, players acknowledge the inherent risks associated with pickleball and agree to participate at their own risk.

Rules

This is a DUPR-rated tournament, and all match results will be submitted to DUPR.

Matches will be played according to the current USA Pickleball rules, except where modified by the Tournament Director.
Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time.
Players are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful conduct toward opponents, officials, volunteers, and staff.
The Tournament Director has the final authority on all scheduling, scoring, and rules decisions.
Divisions may be combined or adjusted based on registration numbers.
Players are responsible for being present and ready to play when their match is called.
In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Tournament Director may delay, shorten, modify, or reschedule play as necessary.
All participants play at their own risk.

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before July 18, 2026.
No refunds will be issued after July 18, 2026.
If the tournament is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control (including severe weather), the Tournament Director will determine any refund or credit policy at their discretion.
