Description

Hi everyone! Pickleball @ UCI Club is hosting a DUPR rated tournament on Saturday and Sunday on January 18 and 19 spanning from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Prizes for intermediate event winners will be medals, and for advanced event winners, it will be medals and cash prizes which will be based on buy-ins. The buy-in for the tournament is $20 per person and if you want to play same gender and mixed doubles, then an additional $20 is needed to play.

Rules

We are playing with Franklin X Balls.
Side and serve will be decided by numbers OR heads/tails on paddle spin.
Format: One set to 11 win by 2
Time Outs - One time out is allowed for each team during one game. Each time out will be 60 seconds.
Hydration Break - Players can take hydration breaks at any time
