Thank you again for signing up for the SNAP Pickleball Round Robin Fundraiser this Saturday, January 24, at PAC Pickleball Athletic Center - 2000-B Anchor Court, Thousand Oaks
It is going to be a great day of pickleball for a great cause! 🥰

Here are the official game times:
12:00 pm - 3.5 - Mens and Womens - all ages
2:30 pm - 4.0 - Mens and Womens AND 3.0 Men Age 50+
5:00 pm - 3.0 - Mens Age 15-49 AND 3.0 Womens - all ages
When you arrive, please follow these "Join the Game" instructions. There will be plenty of help too!
STEP 1
- Scan the QR Code for your game with your phone's camera -or-
- Enter the Join CODE (4-didget, case sensitive) by selecting the JOIN CODE Button on the find games tab
STEP 2
- Click Join Game or Claim Spot
- Click Your Name
- Click Done
Results Calculations:
Win/Loss placement is based on:
1 - Win/Loss % = # of games won/# of games played
2 - Head-to-head= who won wehn teams who tied in win% played each other
3 - Point differential = total points team won by, minus, total pints lost by, divided by total games.
Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams.
T-Shirts given to all participants!

Rules
This will be a Round Robin format, play to 11, win by 1. Each team is allowed a 1 minute time out per match. First tie breaker determined by head to head matches won. Second tie breaker determined by point differential of all games. Third tie breaker determined by head to head point differential. Fourth tie breaker determined by point differential against the next highest team.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please Note: This tournament is a fundraiser for SNAP Sports, Inc., and all registration fees are considered donations—no refunds will be issued. However, if the event is canceled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend, a full refund will be offered. We will also consider refund requests due to medical or financial hardship on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your support!
