Description
Join us for an exciting season of competitive and social pickleball! Our league will be played on outdoor hard-court surfaces, providing a consistent and fast-paced playing experience for all participants. We will be using LT Pro 48 pickleballs, known for their durability and reliable performance in outdoor conditions. Players can expect high-quality gameplay in a fun and organized environment.
All registered participants will receive an official league T-shirt.
As this is an outdoor league, weather-related delays may occur. In the event of inclement weather, matches may be postponed and rescheduled. If multiple delays occur, the league schedule may be extended to ensure all matches are completed.
Open to players of varying skill levels (divisions may be created based on registration numbers and skill ratings). Match format, scoring system, and playoff structure will be communicated prior to the start of the season. Good sportsmanship and respectful conduct are expected at all times. Players are encouraged to bring their own paddles, water, and appropriate court shoes.

Rules
Each league night, every player will compete against two different opponents.
All matches will follow standard pickleball scoring rules.
Matches are best two out of three games. Each game is played to 11 points, win by 2. Games are capped at 15 points (first player to 15 wins if no two-point margin has been reached earlier).
Match results will be recorded each night and contribute to overall season standings. Standings will be determined by total matches won. If ties occur, we will be utilizing the standard tiebreaker procedures within the SWISH app.
All match results will be reported to DUPR
The top four players in the final regular season standings will advance to the playoffs.
Semifinal matchups will be:
#1 vs. #4 / #2 vs. #3
Semifinal winners will advance to the championship match to determine the league champion. Players are expected to follow official pickleball rules and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times. All calls should be made honestly and fairly. Match times will be enforced to keep league play on schedule.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Player Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the start of the league will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the league start date will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued once the league season has begun.
Medical or Emergency Situations
Refund requests due to injury or medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Partial credits toward a future league may be offered at the discretion of league management.
Weather-Related Cancellations
As this is an outdoor league, weather delays may occur. Every effort will be made to reschedule postponed matches.
If the league cannot complete the scheduled season due to extended weather interruptions or unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds or league credits may be issued at the discretion of league management. If the league is canceled by the organizer prior to the start date, participants will receive a full refund.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed matches due to personal scheduling conflicts. By registering for the league, participants acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.
