FREEBIES: Enjoy free lunch, snacks, and drinks both days. Every player receives a SERV T-shirt and sticker pack upon EARLY registration. The first 50 registrants also receive a BEARNAKED Pickleball Paddle Cleaner ($10 value). There will be three $5 raffles each day with chances to win six Cloud Core paddles (over $1,500 total value).

MONEYBALL DIVISION (12/14): Recommended DUPR 4.25+. Guaranteed $500 cash prize, plus $50 added for every additional team after the first six. Moneyball plays a DOUBLE-ELIMINATION bracket for the $500+ cash prize.

GAMEPLAY & FORMAT (Gender Doubles 12/13; Mixed 12/14): Teams compete in pools of four, playing one game to 15 (win by 2) against every team in their pool. All teams advance to a single-elimination bracket, best 2 of 3 to 11 (win by 2). Seeding is based on pool play. Tiebreakers: (1) match record, (2) head-to-head, (3) point differential. Warm-up: 5 minutes before each match. Timeouts: one 1-minute timeout per game. Ball: Franklin X-40. Courts: 8 permanent courts with 4 warm-up nets available. Awards: Medals to the top 3 teams in each division. DUPR: All matches will be reported to DUPR.

REGISTRATION: $45 for your first division; $15 for each additional division. Deadline: December 8, 2025. Entries after November 1, 2025 incur an extra $20 per division. Check-in: 30 minutes before your division start time. Start times will be emailed the week of the tournament. At check-in you’ll receive your T-shirt, stickers, and (if among the first 50) the BEARNAKED Paddle Cleaner.

RULES & SPORTSMANSHIP: Matches follow the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. All paddles are welcome. Unresolved disputes will be decided by a Tournament Director, whose ruling is final. Unsportsmanlike behavior (e.g., yelling, throwing/breaking paddles, disrespecting staff) will not be tolerated. Directors may remove any team or player at any time for misconduct.

SUBS & NO-SHOWS: If one player is present, a sub may be used provided the sub’s DUPR does not exceed the division cap (e.g., in 3.5, the sub must be below 3.5). Teams that miss their first match forfeit; teams still absent at the start of their second match will be removed.

REFUNDS & WEATHER: Full refunds available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds within 7 days, but player substitutions are allowed. In case of bad weather, formats or schedules may be adjusted; refunds are not guaranteed once pool play begins.

FACILITY: Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms on site. Parking beside the tennis courts.

Rules

Official Rulebook: All matches will follow the USA Pickleball Official Rulebook. Games are self-officiated unless a dispute arises, in which case a Tournament Director will make the final call.

Approved Equipment: All paddles are allowed! Franklin X-40 balls will be used for all matches.

Match Conduct: Players are expected to maintain sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Unsportsmanlike conduct such as screaming, throwing or breaking paddles, cursing, or showing disrespect toward staff, players, or spectators will result in a warning or disqualification. Directors have full authority to remove a player or team for misconduct.

Warm-Ups & Timeouts: Players are allowed a 5-minute warm-up before each match and one 1-minute timeout per game. Additional time may be granted by a director for injuries or court delays.

Disputes & Line Calls: All line calls are to be made honestly by players on the side where the ball lands. If a call cannot be agreed upon, the ball is considered in. Persistent disputes will be handled by a Tournament Director, whose decision is final.

Subs: If only one registered player is present at match start, a substitute may be used. The substitute’s DUPR rating must not exceed the division’s maximum rating. Example: In a 3.5 division, the sub must be below 3.5.

No-Shows: Teams that fail to appear for their first match will forfeit that match. Teams still absent at the start of their second match will be removed from the tournament.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

REFUND & WEATHER POLICY: Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the tournament; however, player substitutions are allowed.

If severe rain or weather makes play impossible before the event begins, the tournament will be rescheduled, and no refunds will be given. If light rain is forecasted, the tournament will continue as scheduled.

Once play has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. In the event of rain during active play, we will make every effort to wait out the weather and resume matches as soon as conditions allow.

Tournament Directors reserve the right to adjust scheduling, match length, or format as needed to complete play safely and fairly.
