Active-duty military & their families
Veteransβ rehabilitation & mental health
First responders (Police, Fire, EMTs)
Veteran homelessness & transition support

General Information
Tournament Type: Round Robin Pool Play + Single Elimination Finals Bracket
Location: Peak Pickleball
1730 Briargate Blvd Colorado Springs, CO 80920
Ball in Use: Selkirk S1 (official tournament ball)
Cost: $30 entry | $25 for seniors (55+) & active-duty military
T-Shirts: First 150 registered players will receive an official tournament t-shirt
Refunds: No refunds issued after June 2, 2025
π Tournament Format
1. Round Robin Pool Play
All teams will be placed in pools of 6 teams
Each team will play every other team in their pool
Matches will be played to 15, win by 2
Pool play results will determine seeding for single elimination bracket
2. Single Elimination Bracket
Top teams from each pool will advance
Match format: 2 Games to 11, win by 2
Brackets will follow a 1/4 DUPR point spread rule for competitive balance
Winners advance until champions are crowned in each division
π§’ Divisions & Bracketing
Brackets are formed based on skill level and DUPR rating
All brackets will be limited to 6 teams
Adjustments may be made to ensure balanced and competitive play
Each division will have twice as many winners (Gold & Silver brackets when possible)

Prizes awarded to top finishers in each bracket
Additional prizes or raffles may be held thanks to sponsor contributions
π Rules of Play
USA Pickleball Official Rulebook will govern all matches
Players must be ready to play when calledβ10-minute default rule applies
All matches are self-officiated unless a referee is assigned
Disputes unresolved between teams may be escalated to the Tournament Director
Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification

Cancellations made before this deadline will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations submitted after the deadline are non-refundable, regardless of reason, including injury, illness, or scheduling conflicts.
Thank you for your understanding and support of this charitable event. All proceeds go to benefit programs supporting military families, veterans, first responders, and homeless transition services.
