Description
Welcome to the Rally Into 2025 pickleball tournament hosted by 24 Hour Pickleball Club! This action-packed pickleball tournament will take place on Saturday, January 25th and Sunday, January 26th at the indoor 24 Hour Pickleball Club in Lexington, SC. This tournament has over 20 divisions for players of all skill levels and genders! Referees will be available for all championship matches.
Tentative Schedule:
- Saturday (start times begin as early as 8am): Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles
- Sunday (start times begin as early as 12pm): Mixed Doubles
The registration fee is $40 (you must register and pay as a team), covering entry into one event. Registration fee includes access to the exclusive premium players lounge with healthy snacks and sports drinks. A 24 Hour Pickleball Club branded sweat towel included with the registration fee will be provided to all players.
Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+
Payouts: The 4.5+ division gold medalists will receive prize money. $200 for each doubles team champion.
Player Limit: 10 team spots available per division (Minimum of 3 teams required to play a division).
NOTE: We will post and email specific start times for each event approximately 3 days before the event.

Rules
The Tournament Director aims to ensure all events are completed as scheduled. However, the Director reserves the right to modify the format, shorten games, or make any adjustments necessary to facilitate the completion of the event.
Rating rules:
- 2.5 Division: Average team rating must be less than 2.99
- 3.0 Division: Average team rating must be less than 3.49
- 3.5 Division: Average team rating must be less than 3.99
- 4.0 Division: Average team rating must be less than 4.49
- 4.5+ Division: No restriction
Competition Format: Round Robin followed by 4 team (or more) bracket. Gold Medal match will be best 2 out of 3. All games will use rally scoring to 25, win by 2.
Players who do not attend their scheduled event without prior notification to the Tournament Director, or who leave the event prematurely without informing the Director, will be charged a $30 fine. This fine must be settled prior to registration for any future 24 Hour Pickleball Club events.

*Only paddles approved by USAP and UPA-A are allowed for tournament play.

NOTE: All scores will be submitted to DUPR following the conclusion of the tournament. You must provide your DUPR ID# when registering. Go to DUPR.com to get a free DUPR ID# prior to registering.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
THIS TOURNAMENT OFFERS A START TIME GUARANTEE! ONCE START TIMES ARE RELEASED, PLAYERS HAVE 48 HOURS TO INFORM TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT IF THEY CANNOT PLAY.
Players who withdraw from the tournament within 48 hours will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus a $5 processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 5 business days following the conclusion of the tournament.
*All divisions require a minimum of at least 3 teams to be played. If the minimum number of teams is not reached, you may move divisions or withdraw and receive a refund.
