Description
Conejo Valley Pickleball presents the inaugural PickleBowl MMXXVI, featuring DUPR-rated divisions at the 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 levels and a total cash prize pool of $1,500.
PickleBowl MMXXVI is an individual round robin tournament for DUPR-rated players only, with high game volume, a dedicated playoff round, and big cash payouts by division. 3.0 and 3.5 diviasions scores will be sent to DUPR. 4.0 Division will not be sent to DUPR.

Format: Individual Round Robin (no fixed teams, no gender restrictions)
Rating: DUPR Rated players only
Superbowl/NFL attire is welcome
Divisions & Schedule
Each division is capped at 16 players. Division is designated by your DUPR rating at registration, cannot play up/down.
- DUPR 3.0–3.5 — 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- DUPR 3.5–4.0 — 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- DUPR 4.0–4.5 — 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-in opens up to one hour prior to each division start time.
Tournament Format
Round Robin Phase
- Each division consists of 16 players
- Players are split into two separate 8-player round robins
- Each 8-player round robin uses 2 courts
- In an 8-player round robin, each player plays 7 games
- No byes if division fills
- Standings are determined by:
- Win/Loss Record
- Point Differential
- Total Points
Playoff Phase
- Top 2 players from each 8-player round robin advance
- A 4-player playoff round robin
- Each playoff player plays 3 games
- Playoff results determine 1st through 4th place
- Playoff tiebreaker: RR Game 7 points → Game 6 → continuing backward as needed
Games & Rules
- Games to 11 points, win by 2
- USAP 2026 rules enforced
- Matches are self-officiated
- Players call their own lines, scoring, and faults
- One timeout per game, up to 3 minutes

Total Prize Pool: $1,500
Payout structure: 55% / 30% / 15%, rounded to the nearest $5.

Division Prize Pool: $650
- 1st Place (55%) — $360
- 2nd Place (30%) — $195

DUPR 3.5–4.0
Division Prize Pool: $500
- 1st Place (55%) — $275
- 2nd Place (30%) — $150
- 3rd Place (15%) — $75
DUPR 3.0–3.5
Division Prize Pool: $350
- 1st Place (55%) — $195
- 2nd Place (30%) — $105
- 3rd Place (15%) — $50
Payouts may be reduced slightly if divisions do not fill
Registration
- Registration is handled through http://www.swishtournaments.com
- Players must:
- Have an active DUPR rating
- Have pre-downloaded SWISH App
- Have their DUPR account linked to their SWISH profile prior to registration
- SWISH app will be used on tournament day for game assignments, and court locations

Weather-related decisions will be announced by Friday, February 6 at 8:00 PM.
Scheduling or format adjustments may be made if necessary.
Player Conduct
PickleBowl MMXXVI is competitive, fair, and community-focused. Players are expected to:
- Compete hard and play fair
- Communicate respectfully
- Make good fair line (and foot fault) calls and accept calls in good faith
- Maintain a positive on-court environment
Unsportsmanlike conduct or repeated disruption may result in removal from the event without refund.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund (less fees) if the event is canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

Player-initiated cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund.

No refunds for player cancellations within 7 days of the event, except in the case of documented illness or emergency, which may be issued as a credit toward a future Conejo Valley Pickleball event at the tournament director’s discretion.

Weather-Related Decisions

Weather-related cancellations or format adjustments will be announced by Friday, February 6 at 8:00 PM.

If weather impacts require schedule or format changes but the event proceeds, refunds will not be issued.
