Description
The venue is a new outdoor ten (10) court facility complete with Center Court with stands, restrooms and covered picnic area with plenty of parking. The entire facility is reserved for the day of the tournament.
We are seeking sponsors to cover the fixed costs of the tournament so as much net proceeds as possible can go to Sacred Selections. Rules
Depending upon the number of entries per division, format will either be 1). Single Elimination with a Consolation Bracket, or 2). Round Robin, or 3). Pool Play to Elimination Round. Scoring will be decided once the format has been determined per division.
We are playing with Franklin X balls which will be provided. Registration and all score recording will be via the swish.com app. One (1) one minute time out is allowed for each side for each game when called by a team member.
There will be no line judges for this tournament except for the Semi-final and Final games. Preference should be given to the disputed call made by those on the side closest to the ball. In the event of an unresolved dispute, the point should be replayed.
Other tournament rules include:
• Play at your own risk.
• Please be considerate of other players; no profanity or abusive behavior is allowed.
• Proper athletic attire is required. Shirts and court shoes are required.
• No pets or glass, or alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
To register for a second Division, separate check outs will be necessary. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided after 15 minutes late arrival.
Weather delays will result in a reschedule of the tournament.
