SCHEDULE: Division play times/schedule will be emailed and posted Wednesday the week of the tournament and will vary based on the number of participants registered for each division

The Picklaball Charity Classic is a charity tournament benefiting the Veterans Outreach Center! The tournament is hosted by Fairport Pickleball Club. The club offers 10 indoor hard surface courts, along with a kitchen, bar, and upper mezzanine seating so you can bring your friends!

Format: - Pool Play → Playoffs - Players/teams will compete in round robin pool play to ensure multiple guaranteed matches. - The top finishers from each pool advance to a playoff bracket. - Number of matches per player/team may vary depending on total entries.
SWISH TOURNAMENT APP We use the SWISH Tournament App to make the event smooth and organized for everyone. All players will need to download the SWISH app before the tournament so you can access your match schedule, view brackets, and receive live updates.
Rules
Pool Play + Elimination matches Standard pickleball rules apply. All games will be to 11, win by 2,
Each side receives one 60 second timeout per match
Switch sides at 6 points.
DUPR Ratings will be monitored as registrations come in to determine fairness of play.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued within 10 days of the first day of the tournament
A technology/processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Replacement players may pay the player they are replacing if aggreed upon but Fairport Pickleball is not invlved in those transactions.
Please submit all reufund requests via email to the tournament director.
