See above for match dates and times.

For all pickleball events, format will be determined by number of entries. Format for each event will be clearly communicated to all participants in advance and will be kept consistent across the events at a particular skill level. Finals will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2 points).

Participants will require a DUPR profile. Results will be submitted by tournament officials. We can assist you if you do not have one.

Each day’s schedule of play will be circulated to participants by email and posted on the Pickleball Association of Bermuda website www.pabermuda.com. Results will be circulated in the same manner.

All players must check in at the Tournament Desk (courtside) dressed, equipped and ready to play at least 15 minutes before event time.

During the tournament call Sarah Fox on 747-7384 or Gavin Manders on 591-4131 with any questions or emergencies.

The Tournament Referee is empowered to take whatever measures deemed necessary in the interest of the Tournament, including defaulting competitors without the Committee, Club, Sponsor or Referee being in any way liable. Roving Umpires may be used throughout the Tournament.

Players will be expected to play in acceptable attire. Any player who appears on court dressed in a manner deemed inappropriate by the Referee will be liable for default.

Code of Conduct - The Committee will not tolerate BAD MANNERS, PADDLE THROWING, BAD LANGUAGE, CHEATING, or POOR SPORTSMANSHIP! Any tournament official has the right to warn any player should he/she not conform to the required standards; and after such a warning, default the player should he/she commit a second offence.
