Description
Join us at Apex Pickleball on June 13th for a day of community, competition, and charity! We are proud to co-host this event benefitting Isaiah 117 House, an organization dedicated to providing physical and emotional support for children awaiting foster care placement.
Whether you are a seasoned pro or picking up a paddle for the first time, there is a place for you on the court. We are offering three distinct "flights" to ensure everyone can participate:
Flight 1: Social Set Team ($35/player) - Bring your favorite partner! This non-DUPR rated division is all about lighthearted fun and supporting the cause with a teammate of your choice.
Flight 2: Social Rotating Partner ($35/player) - No partner? No problem! This division is perfect for individuals looking to meet new people. You'll rotate partners throughout the session, keeping the atmosphere social and stress-free.
Flight 3: Competitive Mixed Doubles Tournament($50/player) - for those with "ice in their veins." This flight features four skill-based divisions with cash prizes on the line.
1st: $300/division
2nd: $100/division
Payout adjusted to match 40% of each division's total entry fees if less than 10 teams register.
Every player is guaranteed at least 6 games of play! Feel free to test your endurance - players are welcome to register for all three flights, provided you can handle the hustle!

Rules
We follow a structured format to ensure maximum play-time and fair competition.
Social Divisions (Flight 1 & 2)
Format - Round Robin.
Scoring - Standard scoring to 11.
Win Conditions - Win by 2, capped at 15 points. In the event of a 14-14 tie, next point scored wins.
Standings - Winners are determined based on overall standings at the end of the Round Robin.
Competitive Division (Flight 3) - DUPR
Format - Round Robin qualifying rounds followed by a single-elimination bracket.
Scoring - Standard scoring rules apply.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration Deadline - June 6th
Refund Policy - Full refunds (minus processing fees) are available until May 31st. No refunds past this date.

Multi-Event Entry - Players may enter multiples flights; however, a separate registration fee is required for each individual event.
Cancellation - Full refunds will be processed if the event is cancelled.
