Tyler Athletic and Swim, this pickleball tournament supports the UT Tyler School of Medicine’s
TMA chapter, helping us continue our advocacy for healthcare legislation that benefits patients
and physicians across Texas.

If you are signing up as a Men’s or Women’s Doubles team, please select the appropriate
registration option below. If you wish to sign up as a Mixed Doubles team, you will
be required to play in the Men’s division.

Rain policy:
In the event of inclement weather, all registration fees will be considered a donation to the TMA
and will not be refunded. We appreciate your support in advancing healthcare advocacy.
