Battle Royale: A New Pickleball Tournament Format!

Get ready for an exciting twist on tournament play! Battle Royale combines the best of team strategy, round robin competition, and single elimination bracket play.
• Teams of 4 register together
• Men's Division (4 Men Per Team): 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+
• Women's Division (4 Women Per Team): 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+
• Mixed Division (2 Men, 2 Women): 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0
• Each division will have 4 to 8 teams depending on registration
• Teams face off in a round robin to determine bracket seeding
• All teams advance to single elimination bracket play
• Battles: Each team match is called a “Battle.” Captains must set lineups before each Battle and ensure all player combinations are used at least once during round robin play
• Awards: Medals awarded to the Top 3 teams in each division

*Division Merging: Divisions with 1-3 teams may be merged with another division at the discretion of the Tournament Directors (if needed). The Tournament Director and staff reserve the right to modify the format of any bracket, division, or level as necessary to ensure efficient tournament operation.
