Description
Paddle Royale Pickleball and Emily Wong Pickleball are partnering to host high-quality pickleball tournaments that are fun for all skill levels—competitive but never cutthroat. Whether you’re playing singles, doubles, or mixed doubles, our events are designed to bring the community together with a spirited atmosphere and smooth organization. To keep things fair and fun, we review DUPR scores to ensure all participants are placed in the correct division. From first serve to final point, Paddle Royale delivers exciting matchups, great vibes, and a well-run experience every time.
Rules
· All participants will have their DUPR score reviewed. If registered incorrectly, you will be moved to the correct division.
· Participants new to pickleball tournaments please reach out to get placed in the right division.
· All games are played to 11 points, win by 2.
· Each team will be scheduled for 4 games.
· Games will be indoors on basketball court
· The Gold Medal Match will be a best-of-3 series to 11 points.
· Pickleballs will be provided. Please bring your own paddles.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds
A full refund will be issued if Paddle Royale Pickleball/Emily Wong Pickleball is unable to offer a division for you or your team to compete in. If a suitable division is available, our standard refund policy applies.
a. Cancellation or Postponement
Paddle Royale Pickleball/Emily Wong Pickleball reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to inclement weather, natural disasters, third-party actions (including interference by an attendee), or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
If the event is canceled, we may issue a full refund of relevant fees paid, in accordance with our policies.
If the event is postponed, we may offer you the option to re-register for the rescheduled event.
We will not be liable for any additional losses incurred as a result of cancellation or postponement.
b. Force Majeure
Paddle Royale Pickleball/Emily Wong Pickleball shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or cancellation/forfeiture by an opposing team.
c. Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided if a team cancels after the registration deadline for the event has closed.
If an individual event or game within a series is canceled due to a force majeure event, no refunds (full or partial) will be provided for the games not played.
If a team cancels before the registration deadline, Paddle Royale Pickleball/Emily Wong Pickleball may refund the team’s entry fee (less any transaction fees). No refunds will be issued for Paddle Royale Pickleball/Emily Wong Pickleball transaction fees.
