The purpose of Alala cancer society is to coordinate resources, awareness, and education for cancer warriors in South Carolina.
ALALA Cancer Society help women warriors all over the state of SC with not only resources but also products they may need after surgery. They provide mastectomy bras, camisoles, prosthesis and travel or mail items directly to them. When a woman walks in the doors of Alala, they are serviced whether they have insurance or not.
They assist cancer warriors across South Carolina by providing the following:
Free post-mastectomy supplies, Treatment assistance, Survivorship resources, educational resources, and Emotional support resources

Rules
REGISTRATION:

Final Registration Deadline (Received by): 9/30/24
FEES: - $100.00 Registration + Service Fees.

Saturday, October 5- Men’s and Women’s Doubles
*Mixed doubles teams must register for Mens Doubles
Format will be Round Robin. Games will be 1 game to 15 by 2 (Traditional Scoring). Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams at the end of the Round Robin. Maximum teams per bracket is 6. Brackets with less than 4 teams may be combined by skill or age.
USAP Rules apply. Results will be sent to DUPR.
Players MUST sign up for the correct skill division according to your DUPR.
Tournament Director reserves the right to move players to the correct bracket according to their DUPR Rating.
Players may not enter more than one bracket. All players should check in at least 30 minutes before their bracket is scheduled to begin. Brackets start times may be adjusted by the Tournament Director at their discretion.
Players may play down in age and may play up in skill. Players are prohibited from playing up in age and down in skill.
Players to make sure their email in entered correctly during registration as communications leading to the event will be done this way.

BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT:
If you have never played a tournament ran through Swish, you will need a DUPR ID and a Swish Account.
Go to www.mydupr.com and register (FREE). You will be given an ID#. Write it down.
Next, go to www.swishtournaments.com, create your account/register (FREE) and then go to the bottom right-hand side and see “profile” and you will see a place to put your DUPR ID# in. You will be ready for the tournament!
Brackets will be available upon check-in on the day of your event. Start times will be communicated in the week leading up to the event.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will make all attempts possible to play matches. This may require modified formats and/or delays. There are no refunds, credits or make up days, if the tournament is impacted by weather.
No indoor backup plan in place for this tournament.
