Start times (subject to change based on overall registration):

Friday: 1:00pm - Mixed 3.0 and Womens 4.5; 4:00pm - Mixed 3.5 and Mixed 4.0

Saturday: 11:00am - Mens 3.5 and Mens 4.5; 2:00pm - Mens 4.0; 5:00pm - Mens 3.0

Sunday: 11:00am - Womens 3.0; 2:00pm -Womens 3.5 and Womens 4.0

Tournament Information: • 8 indoor courts. • Fixed Doubles Round Robin format. • Complementary snacks and water available. • Food Services: Lunch and beverage is included from our Taco cart. The food service will be from 11-4pm. Additional refreshments available for purchase. • T-Shirt: Each player will receive a tournament T-Shirt with registration. • Medals awarded to the top three places in each division. • Top three winners will be determined by the "Results" page (Win/Loss) on the SWISH App. Divisions: • Friday: Mixed Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Womens 4.5 • Saturday: Men's Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5 • Sunday: Women's Doubles 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 • Maximum DUPR rating; for the 3.0 events a maximum DUPR rating of 3.49 is allowed, for the 3.5 events a maximum DUPR rating of 3.99 is allowed, for the 4.0 events a maximum DUPR rating of 4.49 is allowed and for the 4.5 events a maximum DUPR rating of 4.99 is allowed. • PAC will group teams by age in each division and split into groups of up to 8 teams each (if numbers allow). PAC reserves the right to adjust grouping by age as needed. *Additional Information: • Venue: Pickleball Athletic Club is a premier pickleball facility. Spectators welcome! • ALL players who register are required to have an email address and DUPR number. For all team competitions, the player who registers the team must have email addresses and DUPR ID numbers for BOTH players. All available pickleball rating systems, as well as results in previous tournaments (PAC tournaments), will help determine the minimum level at which you will be required to play. Teams must register for the highest skill level that either player holds. Teams may play up, but not down. After taking all of these factors into consideration, if your rating or skill level exceeds the bracket you have entered, PAC reserves the right to move you to the appropriate bracket to ensure players are in the correct bracket. SCORES WILL NOT BE SENT TO DUPR. • Swish: The tournament will be run via Swish. At least one player per team, MUST have Swish loaded on their smart phone.

Rules

Rules: • Round Robin – where all of the players/teams play one another. Scoring is based on individual games to 11 points, switch sides at 6 and win by 2. One timeout per team is allowed per game. • Official 2025 USA Pickleball Rulebook. https://usapickleball.org/docs/2025-USA-Pickleball-Rulebook.pdf • As of the day of the tournament, only paddles on USA Pickleball’s approved list may be used in the tournament. For a full list of approved paddles, visit http://www.equipment.usapickleball.org. • Tournament Ball: Franklin X40. • Agreement, Waiver of Liability and Release (Waiver): Please read the Waiver under the Photos tab on this website. When you register for the tournament, you are acknowledging to the terms and conditions of the Waiver. You will also be required to initial the boxes next to each section of the Waiver, sign and date the Waiver at the Registration Desk, before you can participate in the tournament. • Code of Conduct: PAC Codes of Conduct and Liability Waiver under Photos tab) and USAP Code of Conduct at https://usapickleball.org/about-us/organizational-docs/code-of-conduct-2/. • Dress Code: USAP Rules, Shirts and Shoes Required.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy” • Cancellations/Changes - Please make any changes to partners or cancellations directly through My Tournaments at Swishtournaments.com. If you need to change partners or withdraw after registration has closed, please email the tournament director at [email protected]. • Refunds - Will be given until Thursday, January 25, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Withdrawals or cancellations AFTER this date, will receive NO refund. No exceptions. • ALL REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WILL BE LESS $5.00 SWISH PROCESSING FEE & $5.00 BANK FEES. • Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days after the completion of the tournament.
