Description
Fixed Doubles Format: Round Robin with up to 7 games in each bracket. Medals for Gold, Silver, and Bronze in each bracket.

- Tournament Ball: Frankin X-40
- Food Services: Lunch and beverage is included from our Taco cart. The food service will be from 11-4pm. Additional refreshments available for purchase.
- T-Shirt: Each player will receive a tournament T-Shirt with registration.
- Venue: Pickleball Athletic Club is a premier pickleball facilities. Spectators welcome!
- DUPR: This is a DUPR tournament, so all players MUST have DUPR account and will need to enter their DUPR# during registration.
- Maximum DUPR rating; for the 3.0 events a maximum DUPR rating of 3.49 is allowed, for the 3.5 events a maximum DUPR rating of 3.99 is allowed and for the 4.0 events a maximum DUPR rating of 4.49 is allowed.
- Swish: The tournament will be run via Swish. At least one player per team, MUST have Swish loaded on their smart phone.
- If you are signing up for two events, use promo code "twoevents" for a 20% discount on your second event.
Rules
Round Robin – where all of the players/teams play one another. Then, the winning player/team is chosen based on win-loss records. If there is a tie, then the tie is broken based on head-to-head matches. If there is still a tie, then the tie is broken by point differential. If a tie remains after point differential, then the tie is broken by head-to-head point differential. If there is still a tie, then the final tie breaker is by point differential against the next-highest team.
Scoring is based on individual games to 11 points, switch sides at 6 and win by 1. One timeout per team is allowed per game.

REFUND POLICY & CANCELLATION DEADLINE - September 22, 2025.
Withdrawals BEFORE September 22, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable service fee of $10.
Withdrawals ON or AFTER September 22, 2025 will receive NO refund. No exceptions.
Pickleball Brackets service fees ($5) are NOT refundable.
Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days after the completion of the tournament.
