Description
Grab your paddle and lets Dink for Kindness! Operation Be Kind is hosting a fun and friendly Pickleball Fundraiser to raise vital funds to support our mission of spreading compassion and hope to those in need.
Whether you're a seasoned player or just in it for fun, this event is a great way to rally your community spirit. All proceeds will go directly towards funding OBK's ongoing programs of serving our community in need.
Your participation helps us continue making a difference one act of kindness at a time.
Rules
Tournament Rules - Operation Be Kind Pickleball Fundraiser
Official Ball by Selkirk: Selkirk is the official tournament ball - the Selkirk Pro S1 Pickleball, the next generation of Pickleball technology. If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to practice with the Selkirk Pro S1 Pickleball, we highly recommend you pick up a set. You’ll feel more confident and play your best if you try them before the tournament.
Time Slots:
Women's Division 2.5-3.0, 3.0-3.5, and 3.5+: 2:00pm - 4:00 pm
Mixed Division 2.5-3.0, 3.0-3.5, and 3.5+: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Men's Division 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0+: 7:00 pm -9:00 pm
1. Set Teams - All participants will play with their registered partners throughout the tournament.
2. Outdoor Matches - All games will be held outdoors on hard-surface courts. Please stay hydrated and wear sunblock.
3. Game Guarantee - Each team is gurranted a minimum of 3 games.
4. Scoring Format - Games will follow regular scoring and will be timed or play to 11 point win by 1. Format will be confirmed at check-in.
5. Match Schedule - Time slots for all Matches will be posted the day before the tournament.
6. Weather Policy - In the event of weather delays, the tournament will be rescheduled to a later date.
