Description
Join us for 3 hours of fun, friendly pickleball at the world’s top club! It’s family friendly—bring the whole crew, and we’ll have activities to keep the kids busy while you play. Sign up as a team with your partner for pool play, followed by a single-elimination playoff. Dates: February 7th 2026 Start time: 12:00 pm -5:00PM Registration and Pricing: Current registration fee is $80/player (but must register and pay as a team), which includes entry into event, Lunch, and access to all event activities. Rules
We will do Pool Play to ensure every team plays at least 4 rounds of matches. Pool play will also determine seeding, followed by single elimination style tournament. Participants will be grouped in pools randomly. Each pool will play games to 11, win by 1, side-out scoring, change sides when first team reaches 8 points. Use fingers behind the paddle to determine who chooses serve or side. Then the tournament will be seeding off the win/loss percentage of each team (then head-to-head, then point differential). The tournament will be played in a single elimination format, games to 11, win by 2.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be as fair and accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made after January 6th, 2026 will not be refunded. We will only accept player substitute. Weather Policy: This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to adjust the schedule or format to allow for as much play as possible. However, no refunds will be issued due to weather related disruptions. Players who withdraw from the tournament within 48 hours will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus a $5 processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable. Tournament may combine divisions or split out pools based on registration.
