Format: Rotating Partner Round Robin
Price: $65.00 / Player
Description
Join us for a fun and competitive fundraising pickleball tournament featuring Pool Play and Single Elimination Bracket! All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4-6 games, with plenty of chances to compete, connect, and support a great cause. The top teams from each pool will advance to the single elimination bracket to battle it out for prizes and bragging rights.
Late Registration Fee: A $10 late registration fee applies to any entries received after October 16th.
***DIVISION START TIMES!!!***
Recreational and Competitive Women's will start at 8 am (Warmup at 7 am and pre-match meeting at 7:45 am)
The Fire and Police and Competitive Men's will start at 1pm (Warmup at 12 pm and pre-match meeting at 12:45 pm)
***IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TEAMS!!!***
Although the registration platform may list this as a "rotating partner" format, this tournament will be played as a team-based event. You and your partner will stay together for all games throughout the tournament.

Rules
Pool Play + Single Elimination Format
Structure Overview
Pool Play Phase
Teams are divided into 2 or more pools, depending on total team count.
Round-Robin Format within each pool.
All teams play at least 4-6 games.
Games are typically:
Regular scoring to 11 or 15, win by 2 (depending on time & court availability).
Advancement to Bracket
After pool play, teams are ranked within their pool based on:
* Wins
* Head-to-head (if applicable)
* Point differential (if needed)
Top 2-4 teams from each pool advance to a Single Elimination Bracket.
Single Elimination Bracket
Bracket games are:
Regular scoring to 11, win by 2 for early rounds
Regular scoring to 15, win by 2 for medal rounds (depending on time & court availability).
Teams
Teams that do not advance past pool play still receive their 5-6 guaranteed games from pool play.
Example for 12 Teams
2 Pools of 6 Teams
Each team plays 5 games in their pool (round robin)
Top 3 teams from each pool advance to an 8-team single elimination bracket
1st Round Bracket game guarantees 6th game
Teams progressing further play additional games for medals
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle refunds:
1. Tournament Cancellation
If a tournament is canceled, all registered players will receive a full refund, including registration fees.
2. Tournament Date Change
If the tournament is rescheduled, players will have the option to:
Remain registered for the new date, or
Request a full refund if they cannot attend the new date.
3. Player Withdrawals
Players who withdraw 6 days or more before the tournament start date are eligible for a full refund.
All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email.
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 5 days of the tournament start.
4. No Refunds Within 5 Days
Withdrawals within 5 days of the event — for any reason, including injury, schedule conflicts, or travel issues — are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
