SCHEDULE
Saturday - Singles & Gender Doubles
Sunday - Singles & Mixed Doubles
Tournament format - Round Robin with playoffs/medal rounds
Medals down to 4th place at each event!
NOTE:
1. For brackets with 7 or 8 players (singles) or teams (doubles):
ALL players/teams will make the quarter finals medal round. Quarter final losers will move on to a B bracket playoff with medals down to 4th place.
2. For brackets with 9 or more players (singles)/teams (doubles):
Bracket may be split into two or more separate medal brackets (upper and lower). This will be subject to the ability to make equitable brackets based on stated DUPR rankings.

Rules
Classes/brackets may be combined at tournament director's discretion without notice.
AGE guidelines
Players/teams age 30 and over may play in any younger bracket/class down to Age 18-29 groups
Players/teams age 17 and under may play in any older bracket/class up to Age 18-29 groups
OPEN Classes - $12,000 total prize purse*
Men's/Boys Singles, Women's/Girl's Singles, Mixed Doubles, Gender Doubles
Payouts
1st Place - $1000
2nd Place - $400
3rd Place - $100 + Free OPEN entry at next event.
4th Place - Free OPEN entry at next event.
*Minimum 10 players (singles) or 10 teams (doubles) entered are REQUIRED to make a valid bracket. Entries fewer than the required 10 players/teams, tournament reserves the right to cancel bracket for event. Refunds will be given for any canceled Open bracket.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds are ONLY available for:
- Events that do not proceed due to insufficient numbers
- Withdrawals more than 14 days before the start of the tournament weekend. Players will choose to receive a full refund or credit to another APBA event
Withdrawals due to medical reasons with a doctor's certificate will receive a credit towards a future event ONLY.
Withdrawals within 7-14 days before the start of the tournament weekend will receive full credit to another APBA event.
Withdrawals within 7-days before the start of the tournament weekend will NOT receive a credit or refund.
There are no refunds due to heat and/or other weather events or match delays or cancelations. However, a credit would be considered for another APBA event
If you are registered for an event that does not have enough participants, events may be combined at tournament director's discretion. If a class still cannot be formed by combining participants, an APBA tournament director will reach out to you. You will be offered a full refund or credit towards a future event.
Any Refunds/Credits will be less service and processing fees.
