Description
Early Registration saves $10, until April 1st. Jan 12th-March 31st = $55 (includes one event) + $10 per each additional event. Late registration Apr 1, 2026, any new registrations will be $65 + $15/event. Registration Deadline - April 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Double's Teams must register and pay together. There is a $5 Service fee per player. Swishtournaments.com for registrations. SWISH sports app on their smart phone will be used for tournament play. Players need to have a SWISH profile linked to their DUPR profile. Friday 17th AM- Senior Men's and Women's Doubles (50+ events), 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ Friday 17th PM– Single’s competition: under 50, 51-60, 61+ Saturday 18th - Mixed Doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ (under 50, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) Sunday 19th - Men's and Womens Doubles (under 50) Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Rules
Round Robin format with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. Games 11 or 15, depending on the # of players in the bracket. Top 2 teams will play for Gold/Silver. Third and fourth place will play for Bronze. All results will be sent to DUPR and players will need a DUPR profile linked to their SWISH profile to register. TD may combine or split brackets as needed. KBPA reserves the right to refuse service at anytime. Franklin X-40 ball will be used. SWISH app will be used to notify players of their courts, so come to the courts with a fully charged phone. • All rating systems have their pros and cons. We will be using DUPR rating for this tournament as a guideline. However, you should not choose to play up or down more than .5 from your DUPR or self-rating. • If you feel that a player is playing more than .5 out of their skill level, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds will be allowed up until midnight on 04/10/26. A tournament convenience fee of $15 will be deducted from all player requested refunds. Early bird pricing, $55 ends 03/31 at midnight. Late pricing, $65, begins 04/01/2026 until registration closes on 04/08/2026 at midnight. T-shirts will not be available for purchase after March 31st. Ordered t-shirts can be picked up at the tournament sign in table. Be sure to bring your reciept.
