Description
Welcome to the 2024 Ice Breaker Invitational hosted by 24 Hour Pickleball Club! This action-packed pickleball tournament will take place on Saturday, December 14th and Sunday, December 15th at the brand new indoor 24 Hour Pickleball Club Facility in Lexington, SC. This tournament has over 20 divisions for players of all skill levels and genders! Referees will be available for all championship matches.
Tentative Schedule:
- Saturday (Start times as early as 8am): Women's Singles, Men's Singles, Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles
- Sunday (Start times as early as 12pm): Mixed Doubles
The registration fee is $45 (you must register and pay as a team), covering entry into one event. Registration fee includes access to the exclusive premium players lounge with healthy snacks and sports drinks. A 24 Hour Pickleball branded sweat towel included with the registration fee will be provided to all players.
Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+
Payouts: The 4.5+ division gold medalists will receive prize money. $200 for each singles champion and $300 for each doubles team champion.
Player Limit: 10 team spots available per division

Rules
The Tournament Director aims to ensure all events are completed as scheduled. However, the Director reserves the right to modify the format, shorten games, or make any adjustments necessary to facilitate the completion of the event.
Competition Format: Round Robin followed by 4 team (or more) bracket. Round Robin and semi final matches will be one game, while medal matches will be best 2 out of 3. All games will use standard scoring to 11 win by 2.
Players who do not attend their scheduled event without prior notification to the Tournament Director, or who leave the event prematurely without informing the Director, will be charged a $30 fine. This fine must be settled prior to registration for any future 24 Hour Pickleball Club events.

Parking Fee: None (additional parking is available behind Lizard's Thicket next to venue)
*Only paddles approved by USAP and UPA-A are allowed for tournament play.

NOTE: All scores will be submitted to DUPR following the conclusion of the tournament. You must provide your DUPR ID# when registering. Go to DUPR.com to get a free DUPR ID# prior to registering.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
THIS TOURNAMENT OFFERS A START TIME GUARANTEE! ONCE START TIMES ARE RELEASED, PLAYERS HAVE 48 HOURS TO INFORM TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT IF THEY CANNOT PLAY.
Players who withdraw from the tournament within 48 hours will receive a full refund of their registration fee, minus a $5 processing fee. This fee covers administrative costs and is non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed and issued within 5 business days following the conclusion of the tournament.
*All divisions require a minimum of at least 3 teams to be played. If the minimum number of teams is not reached, you may move divisions or withdraw and receive a refund.
