HUNTINGTON BEACH PICKLEBALL SLAM

Get ready for an unforgettable day of competition at the Huntington Beach Pickleball Slam. This high-energy tournament features set-partner pool play followed by single-elimination playoffs, guaranteeing plenty of matches and nonstop action.

Whether you're competing for the prize money or just love the game, this is your chance to show up, compete hard, and SLAM it on the court.

All participants will receive one official tournament shirt per player.

DIVISIONS & PRIZES

Divisions include: Women’s, Men’s, Mixed, 60+, and 16 & Under, with both singles and doubles formats — offering competitive play for all levels and age groups. Players may enter multiple events, and there will be no schedule conflicts between singles and doubles or doubles and mixed divisions.

Cash Prize Requirements

• Doubles: Minimum 8 teams (1st place only)
• Singles: Minimum 12 players (1st place only)

Prize amounts may be adjusted if minimums are not met.

Prize Structure (per division):

• 2.5: Medals
• 3.0: Medals
• 3.5: $150
• 4.0: $300
• 4.5: $450

FORMAT

• Set Partner Pool Play → Single Elimination Playoffs
• Games to 11, win by 2 (cap at 15)
• Standard pickleball rules apply
• Official ball: Franklin X-40

All teams will compete in round robin pool play to guarantee multiple matches. The top 2 or 4 teams from each pool will advance to the playoff bracket. Divisions with a single pool may not include a playoff bracket. In those cases, final standings and winners will be determined based on overall win/loss records from round robin play. Number of matches may vary based on total entries.

DUPR RATING

A DUPR rating is not required to register. However, all matches will be DUPR rated, and a DUPR account is required to participate.

SWISH APP

The tournament will be run through the SWISH App. All players must download the app prior to the event.

• Limited water, Gatorade, snacks, and fruit will be available for players
• A spectator area will be available with limited on-site seating — we recommend bringing your own chair
