Description

Hope Open presented by Piney Woods Pickleball adds an 18+, and 50+ skill level divisions for Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Skill based singles divisions will be played on Friday night.

DIVISION START TIMES:

All Singles divisions will start at 5:30 PM on Friday (4/4)

Women's Doubles
All divisions will start at 9:00 AM on Saturday (4/5)

Men's Doubles
50+ 3.0 will start at 12:00 PM on Saturday (4/5)
50+ 3.5 will start at 10:30 AM on Saturday (4/5)
18+ 3.0 will start at 10:30 AM on Saturday (4/5)
18+ 3.5 will start at 1:30 PM on Saturday (4/5)
18+ 4.0+ will start at 3:30 PM on Saturday (4/5)

Mixed Doubles
All division will start at 12:00 PM on Sunday (4/6)

Start times for all divisions will be announced no later than 3/28. Start times for divisions will depend on total number of divisions that fill and total number of teams in each division. A division must have a minimum of 4 teams for the division to fill and play.

Players are encouraged to sign up for more than 1 event, however players may not sign up for 2 events in the same day (Ex: a player may not play in both the 3.5+ and 4.0+ mixed divisions even with different partners).

Fees: $55 Registration and $20 for second and $0 for 3rd event.

Rules

This is a round-robin format tournament with games to 11 (win by 2).
Each division will have a maximum of 12 teams. Each division will play a minimum of 4 pool play games. The top 8 teams will then be seeded in Single Elimination bracket rounds for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

This is an outdoor event. Every effort will be made to reschedule and communicate rain delays in a timely manner. No refunds will be offered in the event of cancelation.
