This tournament is a charity fundraiser for Bridges of Hope - a local grief support non-profit for children, teens & their families grieving a death. 100% of the proceeds will directly provide overnight camps, school-based groups, family workshops & other therapeutic activities for youth ages 7 - 17. Registration: Early Bird Price $50/player extended! (+$5.00 tech/Swish fee)
Match Format
This is a doubles only tournament with set partner pool play with pool winners advancing to a single elimination bracket. So, one person should register & pay for the team of two players.

- Mixed/Coed Doubles (Beginner's Only) - (parent/child combinations welcome)
Each match is standard scoring to 15 (must win by 2.) We anticipate everyone playing at least 3 matches in pool play with those advancing playing more.
Ratings/Divisions

Add both players DUPR ratings together to determine your division

E.g. 3.30 + 3.65 = 6.95, Register for 7.0 Division

If you are a beginner, register for the lowest rated division (6.0)

If you are experienced but unrated then select whichever division seems most appropriate (beginner, intermediate, advanced)

- Swish Tournaments App - We will be using the Swish App for real-time court assignments & scorekeeping so please download the Swish app prior to the tournament. Once registration closes, you will be sent a detailed email with instructions on how to join the event and track your matches on the day of the competition.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Bridges of Hope will make every effort to complete all scheduled matches. If play is already in progress when play is interrupted, each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine whether play can resume or if winners may be declared.
Refund Policy: Since this is a charity event run by the non-profit beneficiary, Bridges of Hope, we kindly ask that if your plans change that you consider your unused registration as a donation to support our mission. However, all refund requests must be received more than 14 days prior to the event & will be issued as follows:
