Join us for the Memorial Men’s Pickleball Challenge, the final tournament in the HOFC Tournament Series powered by Summa Health and SummaCare. This meaningful event honors the legacy of Jon D. Smith, bringing the pickleball community together for a day of competition, camaraderie, and remembrance.

▪️ Men’s Doubles (register with a partner)
▪️ Round Robin pool play followed by bracket play
🏆 Divisions:
▪️ 3.0 | 3.5 | 4.0 | 4.5
▪️ Each division includes: Open Age & 50+

Rules
▪️ Register based on the highest DUPR rating and youngest age of team member on your team
▪️ Scores will NOT be reported to DUPR
▪️ One partner will complete registration for both teammates
▪️ You will need your partner’s email address and date of birth to register
▪️ This is a men’s-only tournament
Cancellation/Refund Policy
▪️ Refund requests must be submitted by September 12, 2026
▪️ A $5 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds
▪️ The $5 platform tax/processing fee is non-refundable
If a registered player is unable to participate and finds a replacement partner, the replacement partner may pay the original registrant directly to cover the cost of the event. HOFC Pickleball Club does not facilitate or process these private transactions.
RAIN DATE: September 27 - Please note that no refunds will be given if we get rained out on Sept 26 and/or Sept 27. Our tournaments are very affordable and run by volunteers
