Format: Set Partner Round Robin
Price: $45.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)
Description
FORMAT
Round robin or pool play followed by top 4 teams in playoff. The number of games and points per game vary based on the number of entries in each bracket. Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.
SCHEDULE
Will be posted on the Tournament Whatsapp Chat on Thursday, June 27, 2024 by 9:00pm EST. The event runs in waves (8a, 12p, and 2p). Brackets are assigned to times based upon number of registrants, therefore, times can not be established until registration closes. Players/teams will be permitted to sign-up for a 2nd bracket if the times do not conflict.
Rules
- This is a recreational Tournament and the goal is to have fun.
- Players have to arrive 15 minutes before their game starting time.
- All games will be sudden death (first to reach 11 points for Round Robin Games and first to reach 15 points for Playoff Games)
- Group phase Tie breakers: 1)Winner of each other game, 2)Highest points differential, 3)Highest scored points, 4)Coin flip
- Any rule not defined here will be reviewed by the Tournament Organizers.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
A refund less a $5 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellations made before 06/28/2024 regardless of reason.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. There is no indoor backup plan for this tournament.
