Format: Set Partner Pool Play + Single Elimination Bracket
Price: $45.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)
Description
Round robin or pool play followed by top 4 teams in playoff. The number of games and points per game vary based on the number of entries in each bracket. Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.
TOURNAMENT COST:
include a registration fee of $45 per player per bracket and One T-Shirt per Player
SCHEDULE:
Will be posted on the Tournament Whatsapp Chat on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 by 9:00pm EST. The event runs in waves (8a, 12p, and 2p). Brackets are assigned to times based upon number of registrants, therefore, times can not be established until registration closes. Players/teams will be permitted to sign-up for a 2nd bracket if the times do not conflict.

Mixed Doubles (from 2.5 to 4.5)
Men's Doubles (from 2.5 to 4.5)
Rules
- This is a recreational Tournament and the goal is to have fun.
- Players have to arrive 15 minutes before their game starting time.
- All games will be sudden death (first to reach 11 points)
- Group phase Tie brakers: 1- Winner of each other game / 2- Highest points differential / 3- Highest scored points / 4. Coin flip
- Any rule not defined here will be reviewed by the Tournament Organizers.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Refunds in the form of credits, less a $5 processing fee, will be issued for all cancellations made after 05/2/2024 regardless of reason. By registering for the event, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
This is an outdoor tournament. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. There is no indoor backup plan for this tournament.
