REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
• Players must register and pay their registration fees online using the Swish Sports app.
• DUPR account not required.
• Online registration opens July 10, 2025.
• Online registration closes August 22, 2025.
• Players should register individually for individual events.
• Players must register with a partner for doubles events.
• Doubles partners must pay their registration fees online at the same time. This means that when the first partner registers online for a doubles event the system will automatically collect the registration fees associated with both partners when the first partner enters their payment information.
• Entry Fees: $50 per player for one event; $20 per player for each additional event.
• Be advised a $5 Swish Sports app service fee applies when a player registers for one event. An additional $5 service fee applies when a player registers for a second event. If a player registers for a third event, the $5 service fee is waived.
• Once you are registered for one event, the Swish Sports app automatically recognizes you and charges you accordingly when you register for a second or third event.
OTHER INFORMATION:
• Men receive a FREE tournament T-shirt if registered by August 15.
• Women receive a FREE tournament tank top (not a T-shirt) if registered by August 15.
• Players receive a FREE lunch each day of scheduled play. (Food will be available from 10:30 a.m to 12:30 a.m. on Friday and from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.)
• Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each division.
• All players will be entered in a raffle for a one-of-a-kind pickleball bag handcrafted by Kim Wind.
• FREE giveaways throughout the tournament.
• Bring your cash and credit cards! We will have great food and pickleball merchandise available for purchase during the tournament. 50/50 raffle tickets may also be available.
Rules
FORMAT:
• This is a round-robin format tournament.
• Games in “Individuals” divisions are played with rotating partners, including both men and women.
• Games in “Doubles” divisions are played with set partners.
• Games in some divisions are played indoors. Games in other divisions are played outdoors. See the Preliminary Tournament Schedule below to see where games in your division(s) will be played.
• The number of games each player plays will be determined by the number of participants.
• There will be playoffs as needed.
• Divisions may be merged or split based on registrations.
• There are no singles events in this tournament.
PICKLEBALLS & PADDLES:
• Players must provide their own paddles.
• Indoor games are played with orange ONIX Fuse indoor pickleballs.
• Outdoor games are played with yellow Franklin X-40 outdoor pickleballs.
PRELIMINARY TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE (times subject to change after registration closes):
• Check-in for morning games is from 7:00 to 7:30 a.m. each day with morning games beginning at 8:00 a.m. (8:30 a.m. on Saturday) or as soon thereafter as feasible.
• Check-in for afternoon games is from 11:00 a.m to 11:30 a.m. with afternoon games beginning at 12:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as feasible.
Friday, September 5:
• 70+ Mixed Individuals-Recreational games are played indoors in the morning.
• 70+ Mixed Individuals-Competitive games are played indoors in the afternoon.
• Mixed Individuals (2.5-3.0) games are played outdoors in the afternoon.
Saturday, September 6:
• Opening Ceremonies.
• Men’s Doubles (3.65) games are played outdoors in the morning.
• Men’s Doubles (3.75+) games are played outdoors in the morning.
• Women’s Doubles (3.5) games are played indoors in the afternoon.
• Women’s Doubles (3.65) games are played outdoors in the afternoon.
• Women’s Doubles (3.75+) games are played outdoors in the afternoon.
Sunday, September 7:
• Mixed Doubles (3.5) games are played indoors in the morning.
• Mixed Doubles (3.65) games are played outdoors in the morning.
• Mixed Doubles (3.75+) games are played outdoors in the morning.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
• Some outdoor events may be canceled due to inclement weather.
• Refund requests must be submitted prior to August 22, 2025.
