Our pickleball community is more than competition — it’s connection. Join us on the courts to dink, rally, and smash for a cause that touches so many families. Every point played helps fund Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Let’s show how the pickleball community rallies together for memories that matter.
🎾 Pickleball Tournament Format:
This tournament will not report to DUPR(players may report their own scores if all players in matches agree)
Senior Divisions on Friday April 24th
All Age Levels on Saturday April 25th
( TIMES & DIVISION TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON REGISTRATION)
Doubles and Mixed Doubles will play at different times so you can enter both.
Competition each day will begin at 8:00 AM. APPROXIMATE (time of day) start times for each event will be posted and emailed to players approximately one week prior to the event.
Scramble: Round Robin Format - Top 3 players with highest point total in each event medal.
All Doubles Divisions: Round Robin Format in one or two pools. Bracket play will be determined by number of entries in each division.
Any event which does not have enough participants to make a full bracket may be combined or merged into the closest event possible to your original at the Tournament Director's discretion. A doubles team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player AND the age division of the youngest player.
Entry Fee:
💰$50 for first division event, $25 for second division event and $20 for each additional
>One Team Player must register for the team.
>To add registration for a second division for a tournament or league, you can simply register for one at a time. The website will recognize you as a ‘repeat customer’ the moment you input your name and email in the ‘checkout’ section.
When you sign up for a 2nd division and go to checkout, the website will show full price as if it’s going to double charge you another registration fee. Don’t worry! Once you input your name and email, you will see the appropriate repeat customer discount price. Then you can complete your checkout with the discounted price.

Rules
YOU MUST SIGN UP IN THE DIVISON OF THE HIGHEST RATED PLAYER.
*Tournament Director has the ability to make adjustments to divisions (for example: combine divisions depending on the number of team registered).*
*Any reliability score on DUPR below 40% is not reliable. Therefore, any players below a 40% reliability can join the division below, if they choose* For example: I have a 3.75 score but reliability is a 38%, then I can join the 3.0-3.5 division.
Pickleball balls will be provided and are to be used for all official gameplay.

Courts are for Pickleball only.
Use courts at your own risk.
Waiver will be required on site prior to playing.
No bikes, skateboards, or other wheeled vehicles are allowed on the courts.
Be professional - no fighting, horseplay, disruptive or abusive language.
No vaping or smoking allowed.
No outside alcohol allowed.
Properly dispose of trash.
Format:
Scramble and Pool play games to 11, win by 1
Bracket play games to 11, win by 2 cap at 15
Gold/silver/bronze games to 11, win by 2, cap at 15
One timeout is allowed per team per game. Each timeout should last no longer than 1 minute.
As needed, medical timeouts can be taken.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
No Refund after April 17, 2026. If rainout tournament will be rescheduled for May 8th&9th
