Cedar Park High School Softball Team Fundraiser Pickleball Tournament
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We appreciate your support of the Cedar Park High School Softball Team Fundraiser Pickleball Tournament! Since this is a charitable event, we have the following refund policy in place:
Cancellation by a Participant:
If you cancel at least 7 days before the event, you may request a 50% refund or choose to donate your full registration fee to the softball team.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, but you may transfer your registration to another player if needed.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If the tournament is canceled by the organizers due to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to:
Receive a full refund
Apply your registration fee to the rescheduled event
Donate your fee to support the softball team
No-Show Policy:
If you register but do not attend the event, your registration fee will be considered a donation to the team, and no refund will be issued.
