Description
Coppola Pickleball Benefit Tournament
Join us for the Coppola Pickleball Benefit Tournament, a community event bringing players together for great competition and an even greater cause. This event is organized through a nonprofit organization, and all proceeds will go directly to support the Coppola family with medical expenses during this difficult time.
Players of all levels are invited to come out, compete, and show their support. The tournament will feature pool play followed by a single-elimination bracket, ensuring plenty of games and exciting matchups throughout the day.
Come enjoy a day of pickleball, community, and giving back. Whether you’re playing for the medals or simply supporting the cause, your participation will truly make a difference.

Saturday
8am 50+ Mens Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)
10:30am 50+ Womens Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)
2pm 18-49 Mixed Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)
Live Music 4pm-7pm David St. Romain
4:30pm 50+ Mixed Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)
Sunday
10am 18-49 Mens Gender Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)
1pm 18-49 Womens Gender Doubles (3.0 & Below, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.9, 4.0+)

Coppola Pickleball Benefit Tournament – Rules & Format

Ball: Franklin X-40

Scoring: Rally scoring to 15 points, win by 2

Pool Play: Games to 15, win by 2 using rally scoring

Bracket Play: Single elimination using rally scoring to 15, win by 2

Gold Medal Match: Best of 3 games, rally scoring to 15, win by 2

Serving: Teams do not have to be serving to win a point (rally scoring)

Line Calls: Players are responsible for making their own line calls

Timeouts: One timeout per team per game
Division Rules

A minimum of three teams is required for a division to play.

The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions if there are not enough teams in a division.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation & Weather Policy
The Coppola Pickleball Benefit Tournament is scheduled for May 16–17.

Full refunds will be issued for any player cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tournament.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the tournament start date.
Weather Policy
This tournament is not a rain-or-shine event. The tournament director will make all decisions regarding weather delays or cancellations.
If weather conditions become unsafe or unplayable during the event, the tournament director will make every effort to reschedule matches or move divisions to the other tournament day in order to complete play.
