Format: Rotating Partner Round Robin

Description
Come play alongside athletes like Jake Retzlaff, Chase Roberts, and other stars from the BYU football team!
Tournament Format:
This is not your typical tournament. We’re running a Rotating Partner Round Robin format, where each participant will play AT LEAST six 2v2 games — each time with a different BYU athlete as their partner. You’ll also get to compete against other athletes in a variety of matchups.
Individual performance will be tracked throughout the day, and after all rounds are complete, we’ll crown the overall tournament champion based on cumulative scores.

Date & Time: Saturday, June 14th (Beginner start time: 9:00am, Intermediate start time 1:00pm)
Location: Hillcrest Park (650 E 1400 S, Orem, UT 84097)
Guaranteed Games: 6+ games per participant
Playing Surface: Outdoor hard courts
Official Game Ball: Franklin X-40 Performance Ball

Rules
Please review the rules below to ensure smooth and competitive play.
Game Format
Games are played to 11, win by 2, with a maximum score cap of 15.
If a team reaches 15 points first, they win the game regardless of the score margin.
Each player is guaranteed a minimum of 8 games throughout the event.
Partner Rotation
Partners will rotate each round to ensure balanced play and variety.
Matchups will be assigned to mix skill levels as evenly as possible across rounds.
Ball & Surface
Official game ball: Franklin X-40
Surface: All matches will be played on outdoor hard courts.
Additional Guidelines
Please be ready to play when your name is called.
Maintain good sportsmanship and communicate with your partners.
Report final scores promptly after each game.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made prior to 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after June 7th.
