Cancellation/Refund Policy
League coordinators will communicate the cancelation policy for inclement weather, heat, or air quality.
All coordinators will contact players by email (sometimes phone, but not always) ~2 hours prior to start time if a cancelation is necessary. Always check your email that you registered with for updates on cancelations.
League refunds are available up to 5 days before the league begins.
Partial refunds will be issued (pro-rated by the week) if 5 or more sessions are canceled due to weather, heat, or air quality. If there are 4 or less official cancellations by a coordinator, refunds will not be issued.
Dues to teh tight schedules that cities have with their picleball facilities, most state sanctioned ladder leagues do not schedule make up days for 4 or less cancellations.
