Beach Pickleball: 3rd Annual Fundraiser for LB State Women’s Basketball
Join us for a fun-filled day of pickleball, community, and support for Long Beach State Women’s Basketball! Whether you’re playing, cheering, or just enjoying the atmosphere, this event is a great way to give back while having a blast. All proceeds help support the LB State Women’s Basketball program.

MEDALS & GIVEAWAY:
Winners will be awarded custom a custom Beach Pickleball medal. Players who register by November 30th will receive a Beach Pickleball t-shirt. After November 30th, limited t-shirts will be available for sale.
TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE (Tentative)
9:00 AM: Check-in/Warm-up
9:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Rotating Partners
12:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Mixed Doubles
* Matches may take longer than expected and may cause delays on start time. We will do our best to stay on time.
ADDITIONAL TOURNAMENT DETAILS:
Rating: This is a non-DUPR event. Scores will not be reported to DUPR.
Surface: Games will be played indoors on cement surface at the 3rd floor of Sports Basement. Franklin X40 (outdoor) will be used.
Snacks/Food/Water: Will be available and provided throughout the tournament. Please plan for your own lunch if needed.
Tournament Bracket/Schedule: Will be emailed to all players the week before the tournament.
Waivers: Every registered player must have completed a waiver form from Sports Basement.
PARKING: Free Parking

Please be aware that the tournament schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen
circumstances, including but not limited to longer match play, weather conditions, or other
operational considerations. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we strive to
ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants. Any updates to the schedule will be
communicated promptly.
The Tournament Director may combine divisions if there are not enough participants or for scheduling purposes. This decision will be made to ensure a smooth and fair competition for all players. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
