Join Unlimited Pickleball for an exciting weekend of competitive pickleball action at The Hit Lab. Players will compete in Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles divisions featuring round robin play, medal rounds, DUPR reporting, and prizes.
Whether you're looking to test your skills, earn a podium finish, or simply enjoy a great day of pickleball, Battle at The Hit Lab promises a fun, competitive, and well-organized tournament experience.

Saturday, July 11 – Men's & Women's Doubles
🏓 3.0–3.5 Men's Doubles | 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🏓 3.0–3.5 Women's Doubles | 10:15 AM – 12:15 PM
🏓 3.5–4.0 Men's Doubles | 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
🏓 3.5–4.0 Women's Doubles | 2:45 PM – 4:45 PM
🏓 4.0–4.5 Men's Doubles | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
🏓 4.0–4.5 Women's Doubles | 7:15 PM – 9:15 PM

Start times are approximate and may be adjusted based on registration numbers and match completion times. Players should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled division start time.

Match Scoring
- All matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2.
- Teams will switch sides at 8 points.
Hard Stop Procedure
- At the 20-minute mark, play will stop immediately following the completion of the current rally.
- The team leading at that time will be declared the winner.
- If the score is tied when time expires, one final rally will determine the winner.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Withdrawals received on or before June 27, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
- Withdrawals received between June 28 and July 5, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after July 5, 2026.
- If a player's spot is filled from the waitlist, a refund may be issued at the Tournament Director's discretion minus applicable fees.
- If the tournament is canceled by the Tournament Director, players will receive a full refund.
⚠️ Registration is limited due to court capacity. Divisions may fill quickly, so register early to secure your spot.
Rules
Tournament Rules & Format
General Format
- All divisions will begin with Round Robin Pool Play.
- Top teams will advance to the Medal Round.
- Tournament format may be adjusted based on registration numbers.
- All matches will be reported to DUPR.
Match Scoring
- All matches will be played to 15 points, win by 2.
- Teams will switch sides at 8 points.
- Matches are subject to a 20-minute hard stop.

Serving & Rules
- USA Pickleball rules apply unless otherwise noted by the Tournament Director.
- Players are responsible for knowing and following current USA Pickleball rules.
- Tournament Director decisions are final.
Timeouts
- Each team is allowed one 60-second timeout per match.
- Timeouts do not extend the hard stop.
Bracket Play
- Medal-round matches will follow the same scoring format unless otherwise announced.
- Seeding for playoffs will be determined by:
- Match Wins
- Head-to-Head Result
- Point Differential
- Total Points Scored
- Coin Flip
Sportsmanship
- Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, forfeiture of points, or disqualification at the Tournament Director's discretion.
Tournament Director
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine divisions, modify formats, or adjust schedules based on registration numbers and court availability.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-transferable and subject to the following refund schedule:
Player Withdrawals.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after July 5, 2026.
Partner Withdrawals
- If a doubles partner withdraws, the remaining player may:
- Find a replacement partner prior to the registration deadline, or
- Request a refund in accordance with the policy above.
Event Cancellation
- If the tournament is canceled by the Tournament Director for any reason, players will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
Weather
- As this is an indoor event, weather-related cancellations are not anticipated. Should circumstances beyond the control of the Tournament Director require cancellation, refunds or credits will be determined at the Tournament Director's discretion.
Tournament Changes
- The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify event formats, combine divisions, adjust schedules, or limit entries based on registration numbers and facility requirements.
No-Shows
- Players who fail to appear for their scheduled matches without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
