*You must have your full roster at the time of registration (4-6 players). The team captain can sign up and pay for the team*
The tournament will take place on Saturdays from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Age groups: Under 50, 50+ (all players over 50) (based on age on 12/31/2025)
Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Limit of 6 teams per division. Each team play 2 rounds against each of the other 5 team in the bracket. For a 4-person team, each player would play a total of 10 games in the tournament.
Rules
Format for Ladies Sundown Showdown
Round 1:
2 games of gender doubles are played simultaneously.
Round 2:
2 games of gender doubles are played simultaneously. (Must have different partners from round 1).
All games are to 11, win by 2.
Total games won during round robin play will determine final results.
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Ball Used: Franklin X-40
A beautiful engraved cup is given to all players.
Background music is playing throughout the tournament.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refund policy: Withdraw from the tournament for any reason 10 days before event and we’ll refund your money less $15 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament. Players may transfer fees to another player.
This is an outdoor, weather dependent tournament. All efforts will be made to complete all events. However, no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather and there is no make-up rain date.
