Description

Welcome to the 2024 Rotorua Pickleball Doubles Tournament.

Please Note that registrations will open on 24th June for Rotorua Pickleball Club members only, with all other registrations from 15th July.

Last year our tournament sold out in a week, so get your player sorted and register as soon as you can from 15th July so you are not dissappointed.

Registration fees for the tournament are $50 per player for the first event, and $20 for a second event, plus a $5 per event Swish Tournament tech fee which is non-refundable.

When you register for your second event the system will show the $50 initial registration fee, then give a discount of $30 to get to the $20 fee.

You must register and pay for both you and your playing partner at the same time, and will need their email address and DUPR ID to register.

This year we are going to have both a Championship competition and also a Plate competition for those who don’t make it out of pool play and into the Medal Rounds. This will give more games for everyone!

All pool games will be to 15, win by 2, with the gold medal match and play off for 3rd and 4th best of three games to 11, win by 2.
Games will be un-timed, and all results will be uploaded to DUPR.
All players must have a DUPR account, and will ideally also have a Swish Sports App account linked to their DUPR account.

We will run both Open divisions and Super divisions, with the Super being for those who turn 60 anytime during 2024.
