Format: Set Partner Pool Play + Single Elimination Bracket, Set Partner Round Robin
Price: $10.00 – $75.00 / Player (must register and pay as a team)

Description
Tentative Schedule:
- Friday (12pm Start Time): Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Junior Singles and Doubles (*Junior start time is 4pm at the earliest)
- Saturday (8am Start Time): Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles
- Sunday (12pm Start Time): Mixed Doubles
The registration fee is $75 (you must register and pay as a team), covering entry into one event. Each additional event will cost $15. Junior division registration fee is $25 and each additional division is $10. Registration fee includes access to the exclusive premium players lounge with healthy snacks and sports drinks. A tournament t-shirt included with the registration fee will be provided to all players. Catering will be available onsite and each player will be provided $5 coupons to spend on food.
Skill Levels: 2.5+ (Juniors), 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+
Payouts: The 4.5+ division gold medalists will receive prize money. $200 for each singles champion and $300 for each doubles team champion.
Player Limit: 10 team spots available per division
NOTE: We will post and email specific start times for each event approximately 4 days before the event.
As the registration progresses, tournament management may combine divisions if necessary due to insufficient entries. If divisions are combined, awards will be given based on the original divisions, not the combined ones.

Rules
The Tournament Director aims to ensure all events are completed as scheduled. However, the Director reserves the right to modify the format, shorten games, or make any adjustments necessary to facilitate the completion of the event.
Competition Format: Round Robin followed by 4 team bracket. Round Robin and semi final matches will be one game, while medal matches will be best 2 out of 3. All games will use standard scoring to 11 win by 2.
Players who do not attend their scheduled event without prior notification to the Tournament Director, or who leave the event prematurely without informing the Director, will be charged a $30 fine. This fine must be settled prior to registration for any future 24 Hour Pickleball Club events.

*Please note that all paddles banned by the USAP are not allowed for tournament play.

NOTE: All scores will be submitted to DUPR immediately following the conclusion of the tournament. You must provide your DUPR ID# when registering. Go to DUPR.com to get a free DUPR ID# prior to registering.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
The cancellation deadline is set for 12pm EST on September 6th, 2024. After this date, refunds are not available. For cancellations made before this deadline, a $20 administration fee will apply.
All refunds will be processed and issued within 5 business days following the conclusion of the tournament.
