Join us for the Pickering Pickleplex Club Championships, our most exciting and competitive tournament of the year! Open to members only and players of all levels, this event will feature multiple divisions including:
2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Age Categories: 19+ and 50+
Men’s, Women’s & Mixed Doubles
Whether you're a seasoned competitor or rising through the ranks, this is your chance to battle it out against fellow club members and claim championship glory.
💥 Expect high-level play, intense matchups, and a community atmosphere full of energy and sportsmanship.
🏅 Medals awarded to top finishers in each division.
📸 Photos, prizes, and bragging rights included.

If you are registering for multiple divisions, you must register for one division at a time. Please ensure you use the same email address for each registration. This helps us correctly link all your entries.

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Age Groups: 19+ and 50+

Women’s Doubles
Mixed Doubles
Men’s Singles
Women’s Singles
🎮 Match Format
Side-Out Scoring
Points can only be scored by the serving team.
Pool Play: Games to 15, win by 2
Semifinals & Bronze Matches: Games to 15, win by 2
Gold Medal Matches: Best 2 of 3 games to 11, win by 2
🏓 Singles matches follow the same scoring and side-switching format as doubles.
🏓 General Play Rules
USA Pickleball Rules apply unless otherwise noted.
All matches are self-officiated. Disputes must be resolved by replay or by a tournament ref (if available).
Switch sides at 8 points (games to 15).
2-minute break between games in a match.
1 time out per game (60 secs)
Players must be ready to play when called — 5-minute forfeit rule applies.
📋 Scoring & Seeding
Pool standings based on:
Match wins
Head-to-head (if tied)
Point differential
Top 2 players/teams from each pool advance to the playoffs.

Withdrawals & Refunds
No refunds after November 15th, 2025
If you withdraw before this date, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus processing fees. After November 15th, all entries are final.
