Hosted by 24 Hour Pickleball Club

Dates: Friday, January 16 & Saturday, January 17

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW
Two-day pickleball tournament with 30+ divisions for all skill levels.
If a division has fewer than 3 teams, players may be asked to move up.
SCHEDULE
Friday – Mixed Doubles
• 6:00 PM start – Mixed 2.5 (10 teams max)
• 6:00 PM start – Mixed 3.0 (10 teams max)
• 8:30 PM (at the latest) – Mixed 3.5 & 4.0+
Saturday – Singles & Remaining Divisions
• 8:00 AM start
• Men’s and Women’s Singles first
• Remaining divisions scheduled based on registrations
Final start times will be emailed and posted approximately 2 days prior to the event.
REGISTRATION & PRICING
Entry includes one event and access to the premium player lounge with snacks and sports drinks.
• $40 – Registration Open
• $45 – 2 weeks out
• $50 – 1 week out
• $60 – At the door (must contact Tournament Director in advance)
Registration must be completed and paid as a team.
DIVISIONS & PRIZES
Skill levels offered:
2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Prize Money:
4.5+ Men’s and Women’s Doubles
Gold medal team receives $200 cash or paddles of equal or greater value.
Division limits:
• Max 10 teams per division
• Minimum 3 teams required to run a division

Rules
TOURNAMENT POLICIES & FORMAT
The Tournament Director will make every effort to complete all events as scheduled. However, the Director reserves the right to adjust formats, shorten games, or make necessary changes to ensure timely completion of the tournament.
RATING RULES
• 2.5 Division – Highest player rating under 2.99
• 3.0 Division – Highest player rating under 3.49
• 3.5 Division – Highest player rating under 3.99
• 4.0 Division – Highest player rating under 4.49
• 4.5+ Division – No rating restriction
COMPETITION FORMAT
• Round robin play followed by a single-elimination bracket (3+ teams)
• Round robin games: First to 11, win by 2
– Sudden death at 15
• Semifinals: First to 15, win by 2
– Sudden death at 20
• Gold Medal Match: One game to 21, win by 2

PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Players who do not show up or leave early without notifying the Tournament Director will be charged a $30 fine
• Fine must be paid before registering for future 24 Hour Pickleball Club events
• No charge for spectators

All match results will be submitted to DUPR.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
START TIME GUARANTEE
Once start times are released, players have 24 hours to notify tournament management if they are unable to play. Cancellations after the 24-hour window will receive only a partial refund.
• Withdrawals made within 24 hours of start time release will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing fee
• The $5 fee is non-refundable and covers administrative costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the tournament concludes
DIVISION MINIMUMS
• All divisions require a minimum of 3 teams to run
• If a division does not meet the minimum:

Players may move up to another division
- Request to transfer their registration to a future 24 Hour Pickleball Club tournament
