LEVELS - IMPORTANT! Levels may be adjusted up or down based on enrollment. Please enter based on your DUPR or estimated DUPR if you don't have one. To estimate your DUPR log into mydupr.com and search for people you know that are about your level. Enter at your and your partner's appropriate level. If you and your partner are at different levels use the average of your DUPR scores. Please note: the Tournament Director may adjust levels to achieve optimal parity. As a result you may be placed at a different level than the one you registered for.
BRACKET SIZES - While we have set up each bracket to have 8 teams, the actual size will be adjusted to achieve optimal parity. Brackets could be combined, split or restructured to achieve this. If an existing bracket is over-subscribed, refunds will be issued. Please add yourself to the wait list if a bracket is filled as there is a chance it will be expanded depending on the distribution of sign-ups.
FORMAT - All divisions (other than Parent-Child) will have a round robin first, followed by a single elimination bracket of 2-4 teams (depending on number of teams in the division). Parent-Child division will only have a round robin.

Rules
This is a self-officiated tournament. The Tournament will follow USA Pickleball 2025 Official Rules, available at https://usapickleball.org/docs/2025-USA-Pickleball-Rulebook.pdf.
We are thrilled to have a Wheelchair player in the Mixed Doubles 2.00-2.99 division. If you are playing in this division, please review the quick reference to the USAP wheelchair rules, available at https://usapickleball.org/wheelchair-pickleball/. There are some important differences, like players using wheelchairs may allow the ball to bounce twice before returning the ball.
Players must use USA Pickleball approved paddles. You may check your paddle here. https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/
The Tournament will use Centaur Republic balls (yellow), approved by USA Pickleball.
The Tournament Director will be available on-site throughout the event and will have final authority on all rule interpretations and disputes.
Every Player (or parent, if applicable) MUST sign a WAIVER. Please click on the link below to do so. For those registering for the team of two, please send this link to your teammate to sign as well.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Players that are not given a spot to play due to over subscription or a particular division not being played will be given a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds will be permitted after September 21, including for players who withdraw prior to the tournament for illness, injury or other reasons.
If some or all of the event is canceled due to weather conditions the Tournament Director may reschedule some or all of the events or cancel and refund events at the Tournament Director's sole discretion. If rescheduled to a different date, players will have the option to have their money refunded.
